Growing up with a father who was a real estate agent, Patty had always dreamed of one day following in his footsteps. Originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, Patty attended the University of Cincinnati, majoring in Communications. After college, she moved to Northern VA and worked her way up to become Director of Human Resources for a government contractor in DC. While in Northern Virginia, Patty met her future husband who grew up on New Hampshire’s Seacoast. Looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Washington, DC she and her husband bought an iconic local ice cream shop in Kingston, NH which they subsequently owned and operated for 12 years. After selling the business, Patty became a Senior Project Manager for a telecommunications firm. With over 30 years in customer service and helping others in a variety of positions, she finally decided to follow her calling to become a real estate agent. Having had a career of problem solving and helping others, Patty brings dedication to assisting her clients as they navigate their way through the home-buying or-selling process. Patty enjoys finding the potential in each home and how she can creatively help clients achieve their goals. Coming from a larger firm, Patty deeply appreciates the collaborative environment that Duston Leddy provides and is excited to continue to grow as an agent. Duston Leddy’s commitment to helping their clients as well as providing their agents the tools to succeed is what makes them stand out among all Seacoast agencies. From living on the Seacoast for over 20 years, Patty has extensive knowledge of the area and surrounding towns and understands the uniqueness each town has to offer. Patty currently resides in Newfields with her husband Marc and three children—Delaney, Madeline, and Jacob. Her girls currently attend Clemson University and UNH; and her son is a sophomore at Exeter High School. When Patty has down time, she loves being with her family, attending her son’s baseball games, traveling, researching interior design, writing and singing songs, and hiking with her dog, Mickey, an active border collie/hound rescue. She is continually active in town events and is committed to giving back to her community.
