Born and raised in Maine, Melissa has enjoyed the Seacoast and all its hidden treasures most of her life.  Both of her parents were very successful business owners and she carries that strong work ethic today. Melissa successfully managed an oil delivery company while also attending cosmetology school. During that time her interest in real estate grew through personal investment. In every stop along her career, Melissa has prided herself on being available and always making her clients feel as though they are the only one she is working with. 

Melissa has been licensed for over 8 years in both New Hampshire and Maine. She is always thinking outside the box when negotiating, working with first time buyers, investors, people looking to buy vacation homes, and downsizing. Melissa came to Duston Leddy to leave the large franchise model and join a more local and collaborative brokerage. With the support of her husband, two girls (6 & 4), and their rescue pup Brody, Melissa has been able to build a successful career in real estate that allows her the ability  to enjoy with her family on the river or up at a lake boating.
