About Lindsay Bullard

Lindsay Bullard was born and raised in the Southern Maine and New Hampshire Seacoast area. Raised in a family-owned hotel in Ogunquit, Maine, Lindsay began her work there at a young age, fostering a deep appreciation for the region and a love for connecting with people. Her formative years in the hospitality industry ultimately led her to discover her true passion in real estate.

Having managed a bustling, high-volume restaurant in downtown Portsmouth for several years, Lindsay made a career shift into the real estate sector, where she found her true calling. She honed her skills and expertise while working with a prominent real estate firm for nearly four years before she embarked on a new journey in 2023, joining Duston Leddy's team alongside Kirstin Stallkamp. Additionally, Lindsay actively manages residential properties throughout the Seacoast area and is also involved with the local inn, Martin Hill Inn.

Known for her thoughtfulness, creativity, and forward-thinking approach, Lindsay consistently surpasses client expectations by gaining a deep understanding of their unique identities and needs. She places a strong emphasis on maintaining the highest level of integrity while infusing a sense of enjoyment into each transaction. Residing in Kittery Foreside, Maine, just across the bridge from Portsmouth, Lindsay shares her home with her daughter, Hazel.
