I love everything about real estate and believe that having a sincere passion for what you do makes the difference between being a good agent and a great agent.
 
I am a Rye, New Hampshire-based real estate agent who has lived on the New Hampshire coast for many years. I love this beautiful and unique area and my enthusiasm for, and knowledge of, this region has greatly enhanced my ability to sell homes here. In fact, my entire career has been built around everything related to the home, from pets to lifestyle to the homes themselves. Let me tell you a bit about myself.
 
A love of real estate is in my DNA. My family owned Barron Real Estate in Salem, New Hampshire for many years and I bought my first house at age 25. It was very satisfying to have my own home and I was intrigued by the entire buying and selling process. I knew that someday I would enter the world of real estate.
 
I proudly joined Duston Leddy Real Estate in 2022, after 5 years at a larger firm. I wanted to affiliate with a more locally focused agency with the same level of service that I give my clients. I am a Licensed Real Estate Agent. My focus is on the New Hampshire Seacoast, which I know so well. I have helped many people buy and sell all types of homes. Real estate is my passion and full time focus and all of my clients get my complete attention. I take pride in what I do, and endeavor to make what can be a complex process go smoothly.

For clients who are selling, I am skilled at presenting their homes beautifully. My background in producing successful home shows, and my certification as a home stager, allow me to create a look and atmosphere that captures buyer interest and helps maximize sale price. I also have a wonderful network of key vendors who can make any needed home improvements, which can boost marketability.
 
Most importantly, I truly care about my clients. I take time to listen so I understand their needs and wishes, and can help make these dreams come true. I build relationships with clients so that I can be there for them not just for the present sale, but for any future needs, even those years down the road. I want them to contact me as their lives change along with their home needs.
